A Co-Created Journey of Reflection & Renewal

This isn’t a typical workshop. Instead, the retreat is co-curated: facilitators and participants together shape the flow, honouring participants’ aspirations, questions, and lived realities. Through quiet contemplation, dyadic and triadic conversation, creative practices, and large group inquiry, we traverse five interwoven themes: recognizing our gifts, naming challenges, spotlighting what works, nurturing sources of energy, and reimagining paths forward.
